Privacy policy

When you visit our store, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the store, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Communicate with you about orders, products, and promotions
• Screen orders for potential risk or fraud
• Improve and optimize our store
• Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products

We share your personal information only with the service providers that help us run the store: Stripe and PayPal to take payments, our print partner and shipping carriers to make and deliver your order, Supabase and Cloudflare to host the site and store orders, Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Pinterest to measure our advertising.

Google Analytics: if you allow measurement, Google Analytics records pages viewed, products viewed or added to the bag, and completed orders (value, currency and items) under an anonymous visitor id. We do not send Google your name, email, phone or address. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland this happens only with your consent.

Pinterest: if you allow advertising measurement (see our Cookie Policy), the Pinterest tag records visits, add-to-bag actions and purchases, and when you order we send Pinterest the order value, currency and items together with your email address, phone number and address in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, so the purchase can be matched to an ad you saw. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland this happens only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.

When you place an order through the store, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
