Frequently asked
How long until my piece arrives?
Everything is made to order. Order processing takes up to 3 working days. Delivery takes up to 5 working days to most countries; for the rest of the world it takes 7–10 working days. All orders are tracked.
What is the difference between a print and a framed print?
Both are the same artwork on the same heavyweight fine-art stock — 200gsm+ as standard, up to 260gsm in selected regions — with the same pigment inks. The framed version adds your choice of oak, black or white moulding with anti-glare glazing, fitted with hanging hardware and ready to go straight on the wall. The image is printed full bleed and runs edge to edge inside the frame — no mat, no white border.
Can I return or cancel an order?
Because every piece is produced for you after you order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production has begun — with one exception: customers in the European Union keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer-protection law. Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced free of charge wherever you are.
Where do you ship free?
Shipping is free to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and 22 European Union countries: Italy, Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania and Latvia. Every other destination ships at a flat rate — $8.49 for an unframed print and $19.99 for a framed print — delivered in 7–10 working days.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes vary from artwork to artwork — each piece lists its own size options on its product page.
Do you take work from other artists?
Yes. The archive is built to hold more than one hand. Choose "Artist submission" above and send a link to your work.
