Made to Order
Every artwork is printed and framed for you after you place your order. Nothing is held in stock, which means orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers ordering from the European Union keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer-protection law. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and we will confirm how to return the piece. Once the returned work arrives back with us in its original condition, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Work
Wherever you are, anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered is replaced free of charge. Send a photograph of the piece and its packaging to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it — there is nothing to send back.
Changing an Order
If you picked the wrong size, format or frame finish, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If production has not yet started we will do our best to amend the order; once printing begins the order is final.
