Frequently asked.
01Who makes the artworks?
It depends on the piece — the archive brings together more than one artist. Each artwork page names who made it. Every work is drawn from the urban scene, in black and white and in colour.
02What sizes are available?
Most works come in eight sizes, from A5 (14.8 × 21 cm) up to A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm), including 50 × 70 cm and 70 × 100 cm. Framed prints go up to A1; the two largest sizes are print only. Each artwork page lists its own options.
03What is the difference between Print and Framed Print?
Print is the artwork on heavyweight premium paper, ready for you to frame locally. Framed Print arrives ready to hang, in an oak-finish, black or white frame with a shatter-resistant plexiglass front, printed full bleed to the frame edge.
04How much does a piece cost?
Prints start from US$17, shown in your own currency on every artwork page. The final price depends on the size and on whether you choose a print or a framed print.
05Are the pieces signed or limited?
Current works are open editions printed to order, and they are not signed. Limited editions and originals are coming — join the list to hear first.
06Is there a discount for buying several pieces?
Yes. Three pieces or more get 15% off, applied automatically in the bag — prints, framed, or a mix.
07Can I combine discount codes?
One discount per order. If the three-piece discount is already applied, another code cannot be added on top.
08Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Every payment is processed securely at checkout; card details never reach the gallery.
09Where is shipping free?
Free to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and EU countries including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden and Denmark. The full list is on the Shipping page.
10What does shipping cost everywhere else?
A flat rate in your currency — around US$11 for a print and US$27 for a framed piece — delivered in 7–10 working days. Import duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
11Will I pay customs or import fees?
Not in our 29 free-shipping countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia and 25 EU countries): your piece is printed in your region, so it never goes through customs and nothing is charged on delivery. In the EU and UK, VAT is already included in the price you see. Orders to other countries ship from abroad, and local import taxes may apply there.
12How long until my order arrives?
Each piece is printed to order and leaves within 3 working days. Most countries then receive it within 5 working days. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
13How is it packed?
Prints travel rolled in a rigid tube. Framed works ship in a double-walled crate with corner protection.
14Can I return or cancel an order?
Every piece is produced for you after you order, so orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. Customers in the European Union keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
15What if my piece arrives damaged?
It is replaced free of charge, wherever you are. Email a photo of the piece and the packaging within 14 days of delivery.
